At AmourTrinket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Package your item securely using the original packaging
- Ship the item back to us with a tracking number
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International Returns
For international orders, please note that:
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
