Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

AmourTrinket offers worldwide shipping through trusted carriers. Processing time for all jewelry orders is 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times begin after order processing is complete and exclude customs clearance delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method:

Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Flat rate $5.99 for domestic standard shipping
Express shipping starts at $12.99
International shipping calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Track your package directly through our website or the carrier's tracking system.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office. AmourTrinket cannot predict or control these fees.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. Some jewelry items containing specific materials may have additional shipping restrictions to certain destinations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery (for damaged items) or 30 days after the expected delivery date (for lost packages). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders early and selecting expedited shipping if you need your jewelry by a specific date.
