Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, undamaged jewelry with original packaging and tags. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team through your account dashboard
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship items back using a trackable method

Custom-made or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached:

  • For EU customers: You may submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
  • For other customers: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action.

General Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AmourTrinket regarding our services.
